SRP Conducts Training Workshops Around the Globe.

SRP conducted Leadership training for the US Navy Senior Enlisted Academy at the Naval War College in Newport, R.I. Participating in the training were 15 Academy Instructors planning to use the SRP course as a natural next step to the MBTI programs they deliver.
SRP traveled to Cologne Germany for a third time to deliver a brand new hybrid course designed for General Reinsurance's sales force - Influencing &: Negotiation. The course taught participants to SpeedRead the Temperament of a client and then choose a negotiation method to best "Reach" individuals.
Aetna Insurance has completed 7 SRP programs with plans to conduct 4 more this year. Each course focuses on Team Excellence &: Collaboration as well as Leadership Enhancement.
Employees with electronics giant Texas Instruments participated in two Sales Training workshops held in Germany and a Managerial workshop conducted in Nice, France.
