The Career Success Center is a unique on-line program which gives employees crucial insights and powerful tools for self-managing their careers, including a list of available internal positions.

SRP Conducts Groundbreaking Research

SRP has completed the most comprehensive research ever undertaken on the ubiquitous impact of Personality Type - from where we buy our morning coffee to who we elect as our president.

The first rigorous scientific study of its type, SRP surveyed over 6,000 people representing a dozen key demographic variables including: gender, age, income, education, race, religion, ethnicity, geography, and political and sexual orientation.

What we learned will have far reaching consequences - from helping marketers understand how to SpeedREACH their audiences, to enabling public policy makers to craft the most effective public service messages.

SRP Hired by State to Help Unemployed Workers

March 2011

After a very successful pilot program, SRP has been hired by Capital Workforce Partners to develop and implement a program that helps unemployed workers identify jobs that they are best suited for, and be more successful in their job search.

Twenty-nine counselors from The Department of Labor, Career Team, and other service providers have received training and currently deliver the program which includes an online Personality Type assessment and comprehensive Individualized Career Report.

The program provides clients with concrete, practical, immediately useful information, and provides counselors with invaluable insights into each individual client, and guidance that enables them to help their clients reach their goals more quickly.

SRP Conducts Training Workshops Around the Globe.

September 2008

SRP conducted Leadership training for the US Navy Senior Enlisted Academy at the Naval War College in Newport, R.I. Participating in the training were 15 Academy Instructors planning to use the SRP course as a natural next step to the MBTI programs they deliver.

SRP traveled to Cologne Germany for a third time to deliver a brand new hybrid course designed for General Reinsurance's sales force - Influencing &: Negotiation. The course taught participants to SpeedRead the Temperament of a client and then choose a negotiation method to best "Reach" individuals.

Aetna Insurance has completed 7 SRP programs with plans to conduct 4 more this year. Each course focuses on Team Excellence &: Collaboration as well as Leadership Enhancement.

Employees with electronics giant Texas Instruments participated in two Sales Training workshops held in Germany and a Managerial workshop conducted in Nice, France.
